What happened to my Training Goals?

What do you see on that page? If it tells "You don’t have any Active Goals", then perhaps they all expired. In that case you can see them at: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/goals/past

Because that feature (just like also a few others) of GC web, was never implemented in that app. There is no misconfiguration on your side; the feature simply only exists on the web.
