Impossible to import gpx or fit files

It depends on the type of file and where it comes from. There are also two import locations:

• For activities - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data
• For courses - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses

You can also zip the file and attach it here so we can check what the issue might be.

Problem is for activities. I can't download as there is no progress at all. The screen remains static.

Regarding courses, it works but as it'a course, there is no data regarding activity (speed, average pace, heart rate).

If you could attach the file to your reply, we can work out what’s causing the issue.

• Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
• Or upload the file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Your file imported fine for me.

But it appears to be a different file than what was in your screenshot.

That's weird... Same for all files for me. Just tried with the same I sent you  "Les_Bossons_Lac_Cornu.gpx" with no luck. Do you think I have an old version of Garmin Connect or something like that ? Thanks for your help 

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies or switch to a different browser.

I cleared the browser cache and cookies, tried Microsoft Edge and Chrome... no success. Kind of mistery !

Try using Edge in a New InPrivate window. Go to the settings in the top-right corner (three-dot menu) and select "New InPrivate window." Extensions will be turned off by default, in case that’s causing the issue.
