Help fix corrupt fit file

I ran a 21k today. It was recorded in the garmin watch but did not sync in the app. I tried to manually upload the activity but indicated as "One of your file was not accepted by the system." Can someone help me how to fix this please

Try running it through FIT File Viewer—it works in the browser and can often fix corrupted files.

If you're still unable to import the activity into Garmin Connect, attach the file to this thread…

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Hello, I have messaged a few different forums on here to get help correcting my invalid run on Garmin. I used Fit File Viewer and it converted into a file with nothing on it but then had individual files with my activity data. Sharing here: would appreciate your help so much. This appears to be a csv file. Do you have the original fit file from your Garmin device?

For some reason all of my activity files appear empty and I can't attach them anywhere. When I try to open one it says "there is no application set to open this document" attaching an image here.

macOS doesn’t have a native application to open .fit files. They’re not meant to be opened like documents; they’re activity data files for Garmin Connect and your Garmin device.

Based on your original post, you’re experiencing issues importing an invalid run. I assume you've tried this - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect? | Garmin Customer Support

And if you got an error message during that process, you could zip the fit file then attach it to your post

How do I zip the file? I tried right clicking on it and can't seem to find that option. I also tried to add it to google drive but it says there is nothing in the file. So I can't even upload the activity file to garmin connect.

Right-click on the file, then select the "compress" option. Or, if it's easier, you can just use Google Drive like you did in your previous post.
