Cannot upload a fit activity to Garmin Connect Web

Hi,

I've tried to upload the .fit file of my activity to Garmin Connect, it says: "The system did not accept one of the files. Ask the support department for help."

Could you please help me with this?

Try uploading it with Microsoft Edge, this works for me now.
I'm using Firefox and this stopped working for me since this week.

What operating system? Are you using a desktop computer?

I’m using mobile now, tried the desktop also not working via edge

No, I cannot, because you haven't allowed private messages in your forum settings.

Click on your profile icon in the top/right corner, select settings

Select allow private messages from "Everyone"

Then click Save.

Deicon, you can Import this GPX file, but like I said earlier, it will be missing much of the metrics that are contained on a fit file.

We will need the two fit files from each device in order to merge it properly and import it into Garmin Connect.

I had the same problem using Safari and Firefox. It finally worked using Microsoft Edge. I am on MacOS. Good luck!
