I've tried to upload the .fit file of my activity to Garmin Connect, it says: "The system did not accept one of the files. Ask the support department for help."
Could you please help me with this?

So not exactly Deicon's issue. Which browser did you use to import the activity.? Currently Firefox and Safari are problematic for importing activities.
Attach the original fit file here so we can attempt to assist. Preferably the original Zwift file, not the one you tried to repair.
Like I said in the first post in this thread...
- Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
- Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
Import it into Microsoft edge using this link Garmin Connect
The screenshot you sent earlier was for a file called fitfiletools.fit, not the file you attached above.
Should be like this on your import screen
