Since last Sunday my calorie count has been absurdly high. As in, literally waking up to already having burnt 3000 call! And finishing a fairly regular and chill Sunday with an easy strength workout at 9.393 If that were true I would be eating non-stop and not gain a gram.
My average rest cal was 1668 and suddenly jumped to 8.442 on Sunday. On Monday as well with just 30 min on a cross trainer, it says that I burned more than 1.000 calories. Even while wearing a chest heart rate monitor.
I have checked all of my personal data: weight, height, age resting and max heart rate. Nothing changed. My heart rate data is also not showing anything abnormal. Checked for updates, restarted the watch, but I can't figure it out.
Anyone have an idea?
