Finding and adding routes to my Garmin 1050 via connect web (newby here)

Hello,

I basically have 2 questions:

- Where can I find local routes?

- How can I import to my device (with connect)?

Select the course you want to use, and click the button "Send to Device" at the bottom

How can I then adjust the route, so they start at my house?

Is there an option to be guided to the start of the route as well?

got it! I duplicate them to my courses and then edit.

Now just to figure out to do that with a ride that I made a favorite on my device and get it visible in Connect web

You could download it from the device over the USB cable (courses are in the folder //GARMIN/Courses) and then import it to Garmin Connect and edit there. It could be also possible syncing it with Garmin Explore, but I use it rarely, so am not quite sure.

Someone told me, go to the calendar, select the route, then click the gear icon... and select 'save to my courses'. You'll go to the edit course page and from there you can save it :-)
