Menu options missing left side of home page on Connect website.

Drop down option on android not showing any options and website blank on left side of page currently.

This is the only website I have to CTL-SHIFT-R to make it work. I am getting tired of having to apply work-arounds to make Garmin's stuff easy to work with. What a PITA.

Can you please be more specific as to which browser you're using and what settings you had to change to get the left-side menu back?

Still happening here! Called over a week ago and was told they have a ticket and are working on it - unbelieveable how long it is taking to fix

I had exactly the same problem, and this worked for me Press "Ctrl + Shift + R" at the same time.

The shift key is the uparrow just above the ctrl key.

Ctrl+Shift+R works with Chrome, but not with Safari or DuckDuckGo. I’m hoping that Garmin gets on this. So annoying. It would be nice if they told EVERYONE on this topic thread that a fix is underway. Grrrr.

I don"t think it"s a problem with Garmin, I think you need to clear the Cache om the Browes you"re using. Try using the help files asking "clear cache".

I have had the same problem in FireFox for the past two weeks. Works fine in MS Edge...

This is a recurring problem.

If you press CTRL-SHIFT-R or clear the cache, it fixes the problem once, but the problem eventually comes back, which kinda points to the fact that it's still an issue on Garmin's end.

I previously thought the problem was over for me [*], but I've been experiencing it intermittently with Chrome for the past few days. [*] I guess it's probably because I don't use the Connect website every day.

No. The problem is with Garmin. Refreshing does nothing. Menu is blank with FF and MS Edge but works fine in Chrome.

I'm agreeing with everyone that the problem is with Garmin.

I agree that Garmin needs to permanently fix the problem on their end.

Funnily enough I've seen the problem in Chrome but not other browsers.

Hi everyone, started this thread, still happening for me, I clear the cache as recommended and works for a period and then the menu is gone again. Happens when I use an incognito tab also.
