Menu options missing left side of home page on Connect website.

Drop down option on android not showing any options and website blank on left side of page currently.

This is the only website I have to CTL-SHIFT-R to make it work. I am getting tired of having to apply work-arounds to make Garmin's stuff easy to work with. What a PITA.

Can you please be more specific as to which browser you're using and what settings you had to change to get the left-side menu back?

I’m not sure how to change a browser’s security settings to overcome this problem. I use Safari, Chrome and DuckDuckGo. All three show the blacked out display. Can you suggest a solution?

Same problem for me! Menu all black... Whether with Safari 15.1 or Firefox 135.0.1

The menu on the webpage is just black on both my work laptop (windows) and my chromebook. This started over the weekend.

Same blackout left side of Connect web last few days. Mac OS Safari.

Buonasera a tutti, su garmin connect non riesco più a visualizzare la barra degli strumenti. questo avviene sul pc che utilizzo abitualmente, mentre su telefono e altro pc questo non avviene. sapete aiutarmi. Grazie
