Delete Unwanted Recorded Data

You can edit the xml data f the file. Not that difficult once you know what to look for. Alternately, you could post your file here and someone could take a look at it.

I would like to be able to remove some data.

Great enhancement request with an addition!

I'm in total agreement. I don't know how many times I've started a run only to run into my chatty neighbors 50 ft into my workout and forget to reset my watch. Or often times I start with a lighter jog or ride before beginning my real work out in which I'm really curious about the data.

I still like to review all of the data, as far as work out time, calories,etc. However it would be great to narrow the data set and the associated average data by specifying a start and stop section of my workout.

Yahoo Finance does an excellent job with user interface and a similar kind of dynamic capability, with a drag a bar, to define sections of historical stock data to view. I haven't seen this in any other GPS fitness programs and it seem like a no-brainer.

On Garmin Connect Web you have the option to trim the activity.
