Connect web - cant move map with mouse

I can move the map with the mouse in GC Web. Which browser do you use? Did you test a different one? Can you move the map when you go to https://maps.google.com ? 

On Edge and Firefox is the same. And yes: I can move on Google Maps. 

I've just tried Edge too - indeed, it does not work with Edge, unless you choose HERE and OpenStreet Maps, where it is all right. Otherwise, in Chrome it works even for Google Maps.

I have the same problem.  I'm using Chrome.  Very annoying eh.

I was having the same issue using Microsoft Edge using Google Satellite view. I cleared all browsing history and data. Signed back in. I still was unable to move the map. Then I switched to Here satellite maps, then back to Google satellite maps again. Now it works. The mouse pointer turns into a hand, as it should, when hovering over the map.

This is helpful!  I switched to HERE maps and it now works.  Still doesn't work on Google Satellite view, but at least the other one works, yay.  Thanks for the advice :-)

I only switched to Here maps temporarily, then immediately switched back to Google satellite maps. That's when it started working normally.
