one session wont upload

hi guys

all my training sessions so far have uploaded no problems. then today's session transferred onto my computer with ANT agent but it said failed to upload to server due to "internal server error"

I've been to the "upload" part of the site and treid to upload it by clicking on "upload from list" but again keep getting failed due to internal server error

thought it might be a prob with ANT agent so created a dummy training session and that uploaded no probs!

any ideas?

    Same problem here....

    One session won't upload. The Agent downloaded the session to the computer, but Garmin Connect fails to upload to the Garmin servers. It says that there is an "Internal Server Error".

    Traying manually I had no better luck. The TCX file stops uploading with an error message saying that it's impossibile to upload the file; possibile problems: You're not connected; or servers have technical difficulties (not sure if the message is the same in English, as I've an Italian operating system and the Italian interface in Garmin Connect).

    Here you are you find the TCX file. Hope somebody will be able to check and tell me what happened (my mistake? software bug?). I'm a bit worried as before yesterday I had no problems at all and that happened after updating the firmware and the ANT Agent...

    I've a Mac, pairing with a Forerunner 405 (firmware 2.5) with HRM and FootPod. I sync sessions on Garmin Connect both with Safari and Firefox...

    PS
    Hope everything was clear enough as you should have noticed, English is not my mother tongue...

    I'm attaching a fixed version of the file. I removed one bad trackpoint which had a huge distance value at a time of 17:12:10.

    Hello April;

    Would you kindly help me out again and sort out this latest tracklog with the same problem as the others? Much appreciated!! I think I'll go and exchange my watch soon, as I seem to be a regular on this forum.

    Attached. All I did was remove the trackpoints with the date from 2013. Very strange.

    Same problem here..

    I'm having the same problem here, Forerunner 405CX with latest firmware (2.0.0).

    In the garmin Training Center, the graphs would not show up when selecting the workout overview, and it also failed to show up when viewing one of the intervals. I then tried to upload the workout to Garmin Connect, and got the Internal Server Error. By looking at the actual AJAX response from the server, this is what the server reported:

    • type: Status report

    • message: integer_a value too large. Value is 9.5336815E10 for type 27 - sumDuration

    • description: The server encountered an internal error (integer_a value too large. Value is 9.5336815E10 for type 27 - sumDuration) that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

    After editing the XML and yanking out the trackpoints with bogus timestamps (2012-10-24 ... instead of 2009-10-16 ...) the file uploaded succesfully, and Garmin Training Center managed to plot the graphs without problems.

    Hopefully someone from Garmin will read these posts and have a look at the workout files to find out what is going wrong.

    Hi again;
    I exchanged my watch for a new one, and until today, no repeats on the problem. today, however, I was apparently clocked running over 300km/hr. I'd appreciate someone tidying up that file, and also figuring out why this happens?? Thank you!!
