Import the repaired file, https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data
Then click on the Import Data button

I tried to import to the connect web, it is still the same.
Anything I missed before importing?
You need to delete the original, then import again. There were pieces of the original that got imported.
Delete it from my watch or connect web?
Caz it didn't sync to the coonnect app/web caz it crashed.
From Garmin Connect Web. Open the erroneous activity then select delete, as in the image below.
Then import the repaired file.

Finally, I tried again and again. Upload, remove, upload remove, upload remove, keep repeat about 5 times
And suddenly work.....omg.
