Buddy List/Search other users

I noticed if I type in my own login name, japril25, into the keyword box under the explore tab, none of my runs show up. I can't find a way to look up other user's names I know in real life to see their runs too.

Any way we can have a "look up user name" search box, and have a list of their runs show up when entered?

Or maybe incorporate a "buddies list", where you can add your friends' login names to the list, and click on them for an instant list of all their runs?

I'd like an easier way to look up/share runs with friends. Thanks!

That feature would greatly enhance the popularity of your training log..the ability to create and join challenges is very popular.

i would really like this feature to be added. Many of my friends also have garmins and it would be really great to be able to see their data!!!

Yes they should, We need to be aware there are some legal consideratons...They have to make sure they aren't using their ideas or something like that...but yes there needs to be a easy way to have "buddies/contacts and create/join challenges"

Great news, Runkeeper has something called a StreetTeam which you can add your friends to and see their activities. Something I miss and I'm trying to get my mates to move to Garmin and this would b very beneficial!

    hi,
did you go over the "under consideration" step ?

i dont think legal stuff will be a problem as when we post an activity we can chose the status, public / private

Did you plan to integtrate buddie in the personnal report ?
