I synced my Venu 3s bang on midnight Tuesday into weds but no data transfer occurred into garmin connect. The data can be seen on my watch still but won’t sync. Connect thinks I made no steps on Tuesday - ‘insufficient data’.

However my watch shows I did a walk, shoes my steps, HR data, sleep data etc but it won’t sync to garmin connect. I am worried that once the 7 days has passed the data will be lost. I have tried restarting both phone and watch. I have removed my Venu 3s from the connect app and set it up again but still the data is missing. 

id be v grateful for some help before the data gets lost permanently. Thankyou.
