I guess that's a fix for the mobile and web cluster.

fingers crossed its a entire rollback!
I agree, but I doubt it. The new look is beyond horrible. I'm sick and tired of being subjected to useless "innovations".
Garmin shows as an option but when I attempt to connect, the screen goes blank. Virgin Plus tells me it’s an issue with Garmin/Validic - is that accurate and if so when can we expect the issue to be resolved…
If they cared at all you mean... I thought they did actually. I'm not very active member of the forum, but I have had interactions here on battery drain last year if I'm not mistaken. They resolved the issue within days. Now this? This is a mockery. Change of this magnitude requires asking and leaving an option to keep the "old" and working look. Offer the new look, don't force this thing on your customers.
Went for a run, came back. Synced successfully just now.
Mostly working here too. Not completely, but better then few hours ago. I'm getting constant message for outage in the app. They'll get it running back, but if they could give me back the old look, it'll be great
Must be a regional issue.

I only get a blank page now that Garmin forced me to switch to the new home page. This is a joke, surely? It works on the mobile Android app but not on Firefox. The more Garmin mess with their trusted products, the more I'm considering moving to a different ecosytem like Polar or Coros. My dad uses Polar and is pretty happy with it and I also know some fellow runners who recently switched to Coros and like it more than Garmin.
