I agree, but I doubt it. The new look is beyond horrible. I'm sick and tired of being subjected to useless "innovations".
Garmin shows as an option but when I attempt to connect, the screen goes blank. Virgin Plus tells me it’s an issue with Garmin/Validic - is that accurate and if so when can we expect the issue to be resolved…
Yesterday, I saw the new home page. Today, my browser screen is blank. In addition my watch is syncing with my phone but the run isn't showing up anywhere. Can anyone provide suggestions to resolve this?
Same thing with me, just got back from a run, synced and I could view it via the standard notification on my phone. Closed the activity and now it is no where to be found on the web or Android app. Also didn't sync to Strava.
Check again. Was iffy for a few minutes. But no issues now.
Garmin Connect on the web and app have been down for close to 30 minutes now. How about reflecting this fact in Garmin Status?.
It shows a blank page 90% of the time I try it, but I can sometimes get my Home page, but with some fields stating "data not available" and the page load looks janky. Someone pushed a wrong button! Not a good couple days for Garmin's reputation.
I'm having the same issue. Blank browser screen in Windows 11 when I try to load Garmin Connect on either Microsoft Edge or Firefox. When I load Connect in the Android app it displays information but if fails to sync.
I really fail to understand the point of having Garmin Status if it isn't accurately reflecting the current status of Garmin's platforms. I just checked it again. Everything is green, yet I still cannot use Garmin Connect.
Still not working for me. It opened once, I managed to go to Courses, annoyed that the sort menu is missing tried to refresh and it is offline again.
