Hi,
My girlfriend owns a Garmin Venu 3S and does not receive the weekly and monthly fitness reports on her mailbox. Nothing in the spam folder too. The checkboxes for both reports are checked on her account settings. She had a Venu 2S with the same issue.
Do those reports cannot be received when we own the Venu 3s or the Venu 2s ? Is it possible to fix this in any way ?
