Showing high daily Stress with body battery saying relaxing day on venu 3?

My venu 3 sends me message at 11pm that I have had a low stress day which I have. Body battery stayed pretty much the same all day. Stress levels say no restful moments all day. What gives?

My theory still holds. Each metric only looks at its own values. Minus 26 body battery isn't much, but your high value is very low and it isn't odd since log that much stress. 
 Your stress measurement is crazy. Has it always been like that?
