Zwift activity (FIT) without training effect but other do

Hi all

I have made an activity on Zwift 16/12/2023 and downloaded the FIT file, adjusted it to Garmin device and uploaded it to Garmin Connect. Result → activity with training effect AND counted towards my badges.

I have made an activity on Zwift 20/12/2023, did the same procedure. (downloaded, adjusted the FIT file and uploaded it manually to Garmin Connect). → Activity WITHOUT training effect (but still counted towards my badges)

I dont understand why it worked for 1 but not for another. I have checked both FIT files and they have the same parameters filled in

    No, unfortunately it is not solved yet. Just finished a Zwift ride and my training effect is still 0.

    It works again now, at least for me. Had an activity imported into Garmin direct from Zwift, counted as base, training load 62. I deciced to delete it and import it from Zwift file via Fitfiletools for monthly badges. I was surprised to see the activity with 62 after import. So I tried with an activitiy from February 14th, previously imported from Zwift, training load 222, no badges. Deleted; exported in Zwift, converted with Fitfiletools (Device Changer to "Edge 830"), imported to Garmin Connect. And I saw... training load 222 AND "Valentine's Day" badge awarded.

    So, at the moment it works like it did until December '23.

    thanks for the update I will try FulGaz’s fit file next week or if I get chance a test ride at the weekend

    I got an update from Garmin to save changed had been reverted and that is would now work, and it does work with a fit file from Fulgaz so is back to how it was.
