Zwift activity (FIT) without training effect but other do

Hi all

I have made an activity on Zwift 16/12/2023 and downloaded the FIT file, adjusted it to Garmin device and uploaded it to Garmin Connect. Result → activity with training effect AND counted towards my badges.

I have made an activity on Zwift 20/12/2023, did the same procedure. (downloaded, adjusted the FIT file and uploaded it manually to Garmin Connect). → Activity WITHOUT training effect (but still counted towards my badges)

I dont understand why it worked for 1 but not for another. I have checked both FIT files and they have the same parameters filled in

I have the same problem. It worked last week but doesn't work anymore this week. My training effect only shows Aerobic 0.0 no benefit.

Zwift automatically synced the ride to Garmin and that DID show the training effect, but doesn't count towards badges

I’ve the same for another virtual app worked 20/12 and stopped 21/12

Same problem here. Something changed at Garmin I think.

My training is still not included in my statistics even though my training is uploaded to conect. After synchronization, I do not see the Training Effect. I have already contacted Garmin support 3 times and nothing...

I’ve also logged a support case but only yesterday, hopefully a number do the same so it’s noticed

Still problem not solved. Contacted Garmin service, although they wrote once, but did not solve the problem...

I raised a case and it’s gone from there to a Product Support Case I am not sure what will come of that, we’ll see.

Is it working on Zwift data again yet, I’m using my watch data as a workaround for now
