Garmin coach run completed but not showing in Garmin coach (but it has synched to my phone. How can I tell the Connect App or Coach that the run has been completed. Its there in the app, but Coach is ignoring it

I did my long run yesterday - starting the run out of Coach. It did everything as normal but when I synched to my phone it didn't register with Coach. I can see the run but it is a normal run and Coach wants me to repeat it. It was a LONG run and I can't. I'm worried that it will stuff up my coaching plan.

I've had the same issue since Wednesday. It was working fine up until then and on Wednesday morning there was a software update which did *something* (not sure what, I'm not that familiar with the FR 965…

If you’ve tried everything suggest you contact help desk. They were great with me. Not sure where I found contact details. Can’t be hard as I’m not very IT savvy!
