Export a trail activity (.gpx) doesn't work

On my Mac it's possible to export a trail activity on original format and to export intervals with .csv format. But exporting .gpx, .tcx or exporting for google earth doesn't work.
Why ?
What can I do ?

Getting any error? You could try using another browser. You can also try exporting it from a browser on a phone, or on another computer.

No error. Nothing at all. I normaly use firefox but I try with Safari and obtain the same thing : I can export the activity trough the original format and the interval with csv format, but nothing happens for gpx or tcx.

I tried with another computer browser, I tried directly from the phone Garmin connect, I tried from the garmin connect web trough my phone (typing connect.garmin.com on the phone and connecting to my web account). Each time, it was possible to export the full activity file or the csv file but neither the GPX or the TCX?
How can I contact Garmin support ?

Maybe it's larger file?

For unknown reason FIT files are compressed to ZIP despite being originally small - but GPX are larger and served uncompressed.

Similar thread: Garmin connect: exporting to GPX is not working for someone worked to download from other network.

You can also convert FIT yourself, for example by GPSBabel. This way you also keep laps' points on GPX. Online export option removes those.
