While trying to log in to Garmin Connect on web, I keep getting the message: "AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURED." an I can't log in.
Might have been a brief glitch, as the current system status is all green. Assume you can access the Garmin Connect app? I would try the usual, such as clear browser cache, try a different browser, test using the Garmin Connect web using your phone's web browser with wi-fi turned off. Then if issues persist, contact Garmin Support directly using either the chat or phone call options.
I've tried contacting support who have mostly given the same recommendations as you, which work sometimes but I'd rather have a solution that works consistently because I'm getting the error more often than not. I'd rather not have to clear cache, delete cookies, etc. every time I want to use GC web.
