Problem with calories

Yesterday on my bike ride (with a power meter + HR), my 840 finds 4914 calories, but on the calorie page (and also after synchronization on my Epix / Physio true up) the number does not match at all.

Before the 9.26 update, I didn't have this problem :

    Cant believe this is taken so long. It is such a big bug by Garmin that it should be 100% priority, but 3.months+ is just crazy long!!!!!

    Same problem also still here - quite bad customer experience when we invest on multiple high-end devices and end up getting almost useless hardware / software. These customer facing issues should be in high prio to be solved and addressed by the development / product teams - otherwise reputation of Garmin devices & software can start going down within cyclist community (and that should be a big concern to Garmin from the business area point of view).

    Come on Garmin???... How could this take several months... Ur Top End devices is NOT WORKING 100%........

    Anyone getting this to work by the moment? 

    What is going on Garmin, any update soon? Cant believe this issue is still going, very frustrating....

    I double recorded yesterday then discarded the activity from the watch and saved the Edge activity, and the data was correct in Connect. This hasn’t always worked but it did yesterday. Obviously I would rather not record on the Fenix - guess I will try that on a ride this week

    Would love some communication from Garmin, really disappointing and frustrating after spending so much

    still the same then.. I stopped trying that solution because it failed 9 of 10 times. This problem is so frustrating and taken way too long. What’s the use of two top end products when not working Garmin???

    So today I recorded just on the Edge 840, wore the Fenix but did not record - all stats incl calories and intensity minutes recorded correctly in Connect. So is it fixed…?

    That would be great, but has been working some few times before like that so recheck on one more ride;). I will try the same later today;)

    This is just F……up Garmin, what the *** is going on?
