Activity not uploading to connect

Hello, I am a new garmin user. Got my fenix 7 six days ago. First days everything was working perfectly. The activities were even uploading to garmin connect. Today I experienced my first issue:

Today's run is not uploading to garmin connect even if the watch is correctly connected (the watch still receives notifications and the app is synching well with the green dot).

Phone running latest connect version, my watch is running the 11.28 software version.

I tried to restart the app, restart the Bluetooth, restart the watch, restart the phone, unpair and pair again the watch to my phone (this step deleted my predefined text answers...grrr), and nothing worked.

Never had this issue before during 3 years with my coros watch, and I am a bit upset. Is that a common issue with garmin? How can I fix it?

There are still issues when daily heart rate and body battery are not syncing properly with connect (stored on the watch, but never syncing via bluetooth). I have zipped the activity and inserted it here

  • Information update:

    These days I have been synchronizing the activities via wifi without problem (keeping the bluetooth of the mobile deactivated before saving the activity to avoid possible synchronization problems).

    Today I tried again to synchronize my activity via bluetooth and it has not been synchronized. After this, I have tried several times via Wi-Fi and, although it said that the synchronization was completed correctly, the activity has not been synchronized either.

    Later I connected the watch to the computer and it has automatically synchronized without problem again. I am attaching a screenshot of the synchronization error according to the Garmin connect app and I am also attaching the activity that has not been synchronized.Archivos.zip

    If you're having trouble attaching it, even after zipping the file, you can upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDriveGoogle DriveDropbox, make the file public,

    Also, make sure you're logging into the app with the same credentials used to login to Garmin Connect Web and Garmin Express.

  • The file is not corrupt. Make sure you're logging into the Garmin Connect mobile app with the same credentials (email address and password) used to login to Garmin Connect Web and Garmin Express, as mentioned here by ...

    If the sync seems to be working OK (the circle around the watch symbol closes and the green do appears), but data like heart rate, steps, or activities does not appear on the phone,

    then your device might be misaligned with the GC account. Follow the instructions from the thread Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing to resolve the issue.

  • What do you mean by credentials? The same email? Yes, I use the same email,in fact, the synchronization sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work. If sometimes it works, that is proving that I am using the same credentials. Am I right?
