You didn't state which watch you have, but looking at your posting history it might be a vivosmart 5? in some cases just restarting the watch will fix this. Also consider that your watch might be associated with more than one Garmin account. Well, I am very surprised~ the factory reset seemed to work, but I suppose I should wait a few hours/days to see what results I get. Thanks for the replies and encouragement from both of you!
