Permanent two-step verification

Hi everyone,

Do you know how to turn off "permanent two-step verification"... I call Garmin for help but they didn't succeed ..

I turn on two step verification 2 days ago but i can't use the  RunGap app.

    Usually the case doesn't just end there. They should leave it open for further investigation until there is a resolution. Unless support is saying that this is "working as designed."

    Maybe they can lookup my case info that they dealt with me on where it is now resolved.

    Hello all,

    We have other reports of this and are actively investigating.  When we know more or have any updates to share, I'll be posting to this thread.  Thank you in advance for your patience with us while we conduct this investigation.

    Add me in as another that was affected from this update. I am running Fenix 6X Pro Solar and this kicked Run Gap in the teeth. They put the feature in place (from my understanding) because of the ECG update and that because it was an FDA approval, required 2FA. I could be wrong, but this is my understanding from another conversation with a colleague in the medical industry.

    Needless to say, we need this fixed to be able to manage our training/data and if it kills third party integrations without a work-around, then that is a serious issue.
