I am also facing the permanent two-step verification which I am unable to disable. I am using a Venu 2 plus with the ECG app so this is likely the reason but my 3rd party apps previously syncing with Garmin…
Yep. Radio silence apart from when I spoke with Support chat and they said they would let their engineering team know.

I suggest that anyone with this issue do the same. This will increase the priority level as well as keep you informed as to the resolution progress.
Got an e-mail from support this afternoon that I should be able to disable MFA now. It does get to the page to disable, but an error pops up when I try to continue. Waiting to hear back from Garmin now.

Yes give us some info, from mobile i have a link to the same page as the one via browser, and i dont have the link to disable the MFA...

Former Member, let us know if you've had success, so that this thread can be closed out as resolved.
The resolution is identical to my first response, but apparently 3 weeks ago you could not turn off mfa due to the ECG implementation.
