Which Garmin Connect app? iOS or android? Which version?

iOS. Latest (as of 1/24/23) 4.62.3

I guess you can't do much with it without a Venu 2 Plus device.

Also, from reading this post - ECG is (NOT) coming!, appears that it was added by mistake to iOS version 4.62.2, then the very next day removed in version 4.62.3.

So maybe you got the 4.62.2 update on Jan 22, tried the ECG feature, then also updated to 4.62.3 on Jan 23. If you want ECG removed, maybe try uninstalling then reinstalling Garmin Connect app.

Other than that, suggest contacting Garmin Support so that they have some awareness, if they don't already.

I reached out to Garmin Support the other day.  They weren't able to assist but said they would pass on the information to engineering.

I hope so.  Would be happy with an option for application specific passwords to get around 2FA in the alternative.

I am also facing the permanent two-step verification which I am unable to disable. I am using a Venu 2 plus with the ECG app so this is likely the reason but my 3rd party apps previously syncing with Garmin no longer work. Please find a solution to this.

Same problem.... No solution from phone support.

i am having this exact problem, its upsetting. I tried the "stop" but it simply sent an email for the two step verification.
