I went for a 68 mile ride this morning and when I attempted to sync my 520 Plus via Garmin Express it told me there was a corrupted file and it couldn't sync. I followed the instructions to manually upload the file 2022-11-19-09-02-02.fit to Garmin Connect but I got the error message "We don't support the file type you tried to import". Can anyone help me get any or all data out of this file?
