60 Days Step Goal Challenge - Step Count Problem

Hi there,

I got a Problem with the step count shown on my Forerunner 945 and in Garmin Connect.
I start the 60 Days Step Goal Challange with some working colleagues. Now on day 55 Garmin Connect Web and Connect Mobile tells me that I did not reach the goal on day 52. But I did.

That's what I see in Garmin Connect.

Tha's what my Forerunner 945 shows me.

WTF happend here?

Any idea what could be the issue?

I already removed the Forerunner from my Garmin Connect Mobile and Web and added it again.
And I did not sync my Forerunner with any other Garmin account.
I would be really pi**** if my 60 days challenge would be interrupted by a sync failure.

Appriciate any hint.

Hi there,

after talking to the support of Garmin, I want to give you an update on this.
They added the missing steps for this day after I explained my pain.

The 60 days step goal badge was finally given…

I’m having this issue too now. I know I made my step goal last night and it’s not showing all my steps! I had a streak of 977 days!! I hope mine can get fixed, who did you contact and where?

I contacted Garmin support via the website https://support.garmin.com/ there you can find “Contact Support”. Once there, you can choose the e-mail form and explain your problem.

They checked and asked me for the missing steps and corrected it.
