Final my point agreed we are both on the same page.
No, we are not. You posted the Insights graph, while we discuss Challenges, those are entirely spearate statistics. Please use the links I provided.
The last couple of times I won the challenge both 30k and 70k but was kept on the for two weeks even though I had won. Which I thought was odd normally you move on to the next stage.
You do not automatically move to the next level when you win the challenge. You also have to significantly exceed the level. For example doing 180k of steps instead of 120k.
I should be either on 130k or still on 125k but its not
No, you would be promoted only if you won the challenge and had significantly more steps than the level. However, being demoted is not normal either. Are you #6, or which one?
The conditions of the level assigning are documented in this document: How Do Step Challenges Work in Garmin Connect? | Garmin Customer Support - see the section "How Does Garmin Connect Determine Which Step Group I Will Be Placed in Each Week?". If your level does not follow the rules, you can try contacting the Support and asking them to have a look at it.
Be in excess of 10K steps for 2 weeks or 5K steps for 3 weeks above your established streak.
Meet the next level above your current challenge when averaging above 100K steps a week.
Maintaining your daily step goal will keep you in your current step challenge. Not meeting your step challenge goal may result in dropping into a lower step challenge.
