Corrupt FIT File Repair Requests

With only a 1 kb file size, there is virtually no data represented. No GPS tracks and no timestamps recorded. Can you give us some background info regarding how this came about? Forgot to save the activity, accidentally deleted, something else?

You're correct, it's 77 kb unzipped. But still nothing there (and the reason I @'d OnlyTwo). Thre's a good chance all possible recovery was eliminated because much of it got overwritten with new data, even after only 5 minutes.

Can you check recuva again and see if there are any other files during the same time period? That might be the only hope at this point, unless has anything. Possibly could piece it together.

I saw some TMP, like several of them. Created after the FIT, is it possible they were the files
