Corrupt FIT File Repair Requests

I finished the whole ride, then pressed discard ride. Plug to PC within 5 minutes, recovered the FIT using Recuva, it should be 77kb nearly 80 coz I zipped it, please uncompressed and find the .fit file. Is it possible, much appreciated 

You're correct, it's 77 kb unzipped. But still nothing there (and the reason I @'d OnlyTwo). Thre's a good chance all possible recovery was eliminated because much of it got overwritten with new data, even after only 5 minutes.

Can you check recuva again and see if there are any other files during the same time period? That might be the only hope at this point, unless Former Member has anything. Possibly could piece it together.

I saw some TMP, like several of them. Created after the FIT, is it possible they were the files
