Connect web not showing information

Basically as the title states

Connect web not showing information

The web app is failing to show all information

The watch shows it and the Android app shows it yet web doesn't

Yesterday is was steps, stress and HR, a full 5 hours period was missing in the web app.  Yet was full visible on the watch and on the phone...    And even on the defuncted win10 app it all shows fine too...

Today it is HR and Stress. Hours missing on the web app yet the phone and watch show it in all is glory...

These are not the only times as it has now happened on at least 7 other occasion  in the past 2 months...  Just happens to be the first time its hapen twice in 12 hours..

Anyone have any ideas whats actually going on here. Why the heck is the web interface failing to show all data??

regards

Crags

  • I have ONE ACCOUNT. I have NOT signed up accidently for a second account.. I HAVE  ONE ACCOUNT... SO #4 is VOID  in the "troubleshooting" .....  My watch/apps/GE/BC/explore/Forum ALL sign in under the SAME account.... So if you intend to keep suggesting I have another account please refrain from responding further... Thank you

  • Could you post some screenshots of what you are seeing. It is hard to understand exactly what data you are missing. It seems to be just some data according to what you wrote but not for all periods of time.

Do you get that data back later on or is it still missing? The app doesn't have an offline mode so what you see in the app is what you see in the web. The apps and web are just clients for the data stored at Garmin. In the my day page in the app you can see some data that hasn't synced yet to Garmin ("real time" data), but it is just the current HR and steps data. If you click the data you will see what is synced.

  • I will try later am currently not near my pc etc.... Also the data does not appear at a later date/time... Yet it shows on the W10app/watch and android.....

And thank you for your responses...

Yes, I know, I hear the very same answer practically always, and yet following the instructions resolves the problem in those cases, anyway. However, it looks like you know better, and do not need any help.
