How to edit route when gps has failure

Hi, can someone tell me how to edit the map in Garmin connect or Strava, so that the route is reflecting the route i ride.

Attach the fit file here and we can try to repair it. Attach your Garmin to your computer and open the Garmin drive then \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder to find the .fit file associated with this ride.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
