I'm using the forerunner 745, which is great.
Lately, I have started using the Garmin coach plan.
I'm following the planned schedule, but it looks like there's no sync between the watch data and the training apps.
My forerunner says I should rest for the next 64 hours, but Coach 10K says I should run 2 runs in the next 48 hours, and not only that but longer runs than I'm used to.
Did anyone experience it before? I don't want to miss training and I don't want to hurt my body
