Hi, I accidentally erased an activity today instead of saving it.

It's a mountain walk in a place I've never been before, about 10 km long.

I recovered today files with recuva, but I couldn't import in garmin connect nor fix it with FIT File Tools nor with Steve Gordon website.

Can you help me please?

I just stop my ride and delete it, not saved. Can I find it in Garmin? Because recovery time show me Garmin like after the activity is saved.
