how do I get my activity back if I delete it?

My watch died mid run and didn't save the activity. I managed to get what I believe the activity is using Recuva. It was 27km or so and I'd love to get it back, can you help?

Unfortunately, I could only recover 2 km - 2022-12-31-09-56-45-fixed.fit

Hi, is it possible to recover heart rate data from an indoor cycle? Like others, my wrist must have confirmed activity deletion when I definitely did not want it to. I used recuva to find file and linked to google drive where file is attached. There won't be any distance or cadence, but I am interested in heart rate over time of activity. Thanks for any help!

Also should add that when I try to upload the file into garmin connect, it says "We don't support the file type you tried to import."

Yeah, it looks unusable. Maybe someone else can have a go at it.

24530 bytes of the file are corrupted and could not be repaired.

Thanks for trying! It seems like recuva is saying the files were overwritten so maybe they're toast. 

This is typical. If you don't immediately shut down the Garmin and avoid using it until you're ready to try the recovery, it often gets overwritten.
