Resting heart rate data is missing

Hi I notice that my Garmin connect is NOT showing resting HR and max HR data. I have a Garmin forerunner 935.

Kindly guide.

    The HR data during an activity and the daily HR data represent two different FIT files from the watch. It still looks like you either have a duplicate account problem, or perhaps corrupted FIT files in the //GARMIN/Monitoring folder, though I'd bet on the first possibility. Follow exactly and precisely the instructions linked above in the green framed post to resolve it. Not in the way you described - doing such action like reinstalling the app without respecting exactly the order of steps shown in the document, can make the things worse.

    SOLVED: Power the watch off and back on again.

    I've tried the steps above as well as other solutions posted elsewhere. Nothing worked except turning the watch off and back on again. Doing just this generates the resting heart rate data correctly again.

    Thanks for this, this solved my issue although I lost 7 days of heart rate data. Thanks GARMIN

    This is happening to me now.  I've disconnected the Fenix 6s pro from connect on my phone, from connect web, from Garmin express, restarted the watch, etc, and the heart rate data does not show.  

    I do not think this is a multi account issue because the sleep/movement data because other data such as sleep, steps, etc is being propagated to connect web and phone.  If it were going to the wrong account, I believe that it would put all the data to that wrong account and not just the heart rate.
