Resting heart rate data is missing

Hi I notice that my Garmin connect is NOT showing resting HR and max HR data. I have a Garmin forerunner 935.

Kindly guide.

    Where exactly? On the dashbord? On the Heart Rate page, or in Reports? Or is it missing on all of them? And does it show other HR data, or nothing at all? A screenshot may help understanding the issue.

    On the Garmin connect dashboard... I can see only the actual HR but cannot see resting HR and max HR..screenshot as under

    Try tapping the sync symbol up right (the double arrow circle sign), and then have a look wehther the HR data, incl. the RHR and max HR synced to the cloud - verify it on Garmin Conect Web and post the screenshot from there.

    There is no heart rate data at all. You most probably have the device associated with more than a single account. That's a very frequent problem, when people mistakenly hit the Sign Up button instead of Sign In, or when they reinstall the app, or install it on a new phone. Carefully follow all the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.

    hii i only have one account associated. Regardless of that i removed the device from garmin connect app, uninstalled the app, re-installed it , added the garmin forerunner 935 device and synced it...but issue still remains the same.

    As I wrote, follow carefully all the instructions from the document, including removing the device from Garmin Connect Mobile, from Garmin Connect Web, from Garmin Express, and if you use Garmin Explore, then from it, to be sure, too. In contrary, there is no need to reinstall the apps.

    Not sure what name you use in Garmin Connect, so cannot look it up correctly, but the search for "baburs" shows the following two accounts. If they are both yours, then it is the source of the problems

    And did you already try removing the device from all the Garmin apps you use (not reinstalling the apps!), and then adding it back? Often there are multiple: GC Mobile, GC Web, Garmin Express, Garmin Explore, and if you forget to remove it from one of them, the connection will corrupt again as soon as you used the concerned app.

    Also, if you are using Garmin Connect Mobile Android, check the Device Sync Audit (in Menu » Settings) after performing a sync, and watch for errors or warnings. Connect the device with USB cable, and empty the folder //GARMIN/Activity/ to make some free space - low space or a corrupted FIT file, might also cause problems with syncing the data.

    This is still an issue. I have the exact same problem. New Forerunner 45, Garmin Connect Web shows heart rate in activity details but does not show heart data in the heart rate widget. It did last week and now does not, even when there is heart data in the detail of an activity for that same time span. I have already disconnected, deleted the mobile app, repaired, etc. Any new long term solution since this original post? It seems to be a common problem, still.
