Why does Garmin set the maximum level to be five?

It would be great if the level can go up to 10 or more.

I can only guess. When the new badge system was launched it was a bit tricky to get to level 5 since not so many badges existed and Garmin didn't see that people would "exploit" the Challenge Champ badge…

At this point, submitting a request, as Javiertorres7 mentioned, or using the web site Share Ideas | Garmin is going to be your best option, IMO.

Only the level ends at level 5. You can still take badges and get points. Use the points instead of the level.

I was so disappointed and demotivated yesterday to discover that Level 5 was the highest level. I hope that the levels could be increased. It wouldn’t matter that some Garmin users suddenly find themselves on a higher level. I hope the Garmin developers are watching this thread. Such a simple, but very beneficial change. Let’s get more levels please. The harder they are to reach, the better. No point having badges without levels.

Pourquoi les niveaux s'arrêtent-ils au niveau 5 dans l'application?

Il faudrait pouvoir continuer d'évoluer. C'est assez ludique et motivant ce système de badges et de points. J'ai eu ma montre en janvier 2021, je suis fière d'être arrivée au niveau 4 au mois de juin. J'ai été déçue d'apprendre que les niveaux étaient bloqués au 5 !

Est-il prévu une évolution sur ce thème?
