Why does Garmin set the maximum level to be five?

It would be great if the level can go up to 10 or more.

  • I also agree there should be more levels. Just today I’ve reached my 5th level and I was instantly disappointed when it say “maximum level”. Like what am I gonna do now? Anyway. I’m hoping people from Garmin are reading this and putting it into consideration. There’s a lot of comments in here, and some are just few months old. Come on Garmin! Make us happy. We’re not asking for a lot do we?

  • Long time ago i reached maximum level (5) is there a next one coming? I am waiting for it....

  • Huge disappointment... I reached level 5 only to find out... that's it!!
I am so upset... I use my Garmin daily for my workouts, to do all the monthly challenges I qualify for, to reach new levels and the badges motive me and
    my friends.
A group of us are going for the  50,000 a day step challenge badge in January... now why? the motivation isn't the same if we don't gain points for a new level.
Come on Garmin... you can do better than this.
    Add new levels!!

  • Dear Garmin, would it be possible to add new levels. It is very stimulating if you can progress to next levels. Now I thought I reached level 6, but unfortunately there is no level 6. Missed opportunity I think.

  • Good day! When will level 6 be added for the competition badge? Thank!

  • I agree. Why stop at level 5? Why not more levels so you can keep garthering points?

  • Why are there only 5 levels that you can reach on Garmin Connect? That's pretty sad as collecting points and setting goals through the provided challenges always motivated me in addition. Anyone knows if there is a chance to "level up"?

    Thanks and Happy New Year!

    Kristina

  • Hi. It's a year later and I wonder the same thing. Shame that Garmin don't act on requests posted on this forum.

  • Years and years have passed since this was first brought up. I DON'T think it's ever going to happen.

  • Indeed, it need to be much more levels that just 5.

It´s a great motivation for Marathon runners like me! (8 p. per Marathon)

Also it would be great if adding like 4 p. for 1/2 Marathon.)
