Weekly Steps Challenge

In the weekly steps challenge, i had over 60,000 steps and 2 days remaining and all my steps have disappeared. Where have my steps disappeared to?

    Why isn't my garmin logging any data to the challenges garmin set.

    Without giving us any details about the Challenges, or links to your Activities, we can only guess - one possibility is that you did not join the concerned Challenge, another possibility is that the Activity did not meet the conditions of the Challenge (i.e. wrong date, wrong type, wrong distance, not recorded with a Garmin device, etc.).

    Hi trux,

    I'm in the middle of an 85k step challenge and last night (31/12/2020) I was on 60k+ steps. When I synced my Garmin this morning, my challenge results are now 0... A number of other people in the challenge have also had their results wiped and are now on zero.

    NYE bug?

    Hard to tell - I do not see any such problems in my own Weekly Step Challenge, but if you tell there are multiple cases, then perhaps there indeed was some mishap with your Challenge. If you did not change your privacy settings, and the steps do not get included within the next day or two, either contact the Customer Support, or simply wait for the next week challenge and hope it will be better :-) Happy New Year!

    No change in privacy settings (or any changes for that matter), just a routine sync after an activity. Disappointed

    Was aiming for a big week too! Wink

    The same has happened to me don't know whether it has something to do with move into new year but all other in my challenge group appear to have retained their steps. Mine is now showing as zero

    I have the same problem I had 151000 steps now it's down to 0

    Me too. Am trying to correct it by changing privacy settings but no luck so far.
