Insights not displayed in browser web app

Hello,

watching in the IOS-APP works and is displayed;

watching insights in brwoser web app data is not displayed -> "empty screen" by only sentence displayed:

Vergleich zwischen mir und anderen Garmin-Benutzern…

what is the issue and how to solve?

(changing browser doesnt solve - all empty)

i checked the web menu in insight where data privacy setting is displaying that i only can withdraw acceptance . so its already "enabled" - i will call garmin tomorrow. thx!

Apparently not a system-wide issue, as I have no problem seeing insights from Garmin Connect Web - connect.garmin.com/.../insights

Hi, I’m having the same issue, I’ve tried deleting cookies and change of browser - I guess similar to yourself. I’ve raised a track with support so will see what they come back with.

One possibility is that the web account uses different ID than your phone app. On the phone app, go to Menu » Settings » App Diagnostics and note the Displayname code. Then open the web interface, click your avatar in the upper right corner, and select the option View Profile. Now compare the ending code in the address line of the browser, with the code from the phone app. If they are not identical, you have two differrent accounts, and need to use the same one on both sides. You can log out of the web account, and log in back using the identification from the phone app.

thanks for help - in the APP Diagnostics i see below "paired Garmin devices" a name different than in the web app url ending

hello, i´m sorry i didnt got what you mean - may you please explain a little bit more precise how to re-login with different data ending up in a match with the iphone app? many thanks!!!!!!

You apparently accidentally created multiple Garmin Connect accounts. It means you have to log out of Garmin Connect web, and then log in back using the User Name as shown in the App Diagnostics on the phone, and the corresponding password.

the login requests for the email adress and password - no name (the mail adress is the same - similar the password on both apps - thats why i dont understand how to process
