Insights not displayed in browser web app

Hello,

watching in the IOS-APP works and is displayed;

watching insights in brwoser web app data is not displayed -> "empty screen" by only sentence displayed:

Vergleich zwischen mir und anderen Garmin-Benutzern…

what is the issue and how to solve?

(changing browser doesnt solve - all empty)

i checked the web menu in insight where data privacy setting is displaying that i only can withdraw acceptance . so its already "enabled" - i will call garmin tomorrow. thx!

On the iOS Connect Mobile App Diagnostics look at GC Acct name or Profile Name. I believe this is the same as Display name that trux referenced in the android app.

i´m sorry i´m confused anyway as i use 2 times same mail adress and login data

Well, I do not know how it happened, but if you follow the instructions from the document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing, you should be then in the same account on both sides.

Hi,

thanks for the help - but don’t think this is the issue I’m experiencing - checked the Profile Name and it matches between iPhone and web interface. I’m not seeing any data losses, ie the same activities show up in both places. I have had insight recommendations in the past, but not sure it’s got me in a “group” any more, as you can see from picture where I’d expect to see the various graphs, it’s all just blank.

It is not the Profile Name that has to match, it is the Displayname code tham must be identical both in the App Diagnostics on the phone and your User Profile of GC Web. See below:

Mine doesn't have a display name - just the profile name, but that does match the URL in Garmin Connect

have as well only profile name which is the SAME in the IOS app AND in the web browser after login as trux shwoed picture

If it is really identical on both sides, then there is a different problem. One possibility is that in your Privacy Settings in Garmin Connect Web, you did not enable the Insights option, though I would wonder if it then worked on GC Mobile, as you wrote (perhaps if you used an old version of the app, not respecting the privacy setting). If the setting is enabled, you will probably need to contact the Support and let them investigate it.

contacted Garmin germany by sending 2 screenshots of IOS working app and non working connect web insights and i stated that it had never worked for me since i have this watch ~10wks ) they will forward to developer internal and come back to me - i wonder that they seem not knowing more users have the same problem... initiall previously i got the link which did not fix the problem: Voraussetzungen zur Nutzung der Funktion Insights in Garmin Connect
so need to wait
