Anyone else having a problem creating segments?

Can not create segment from running activity although Support Center Chat says they can and the Segment System Status is Online. When I try it directs me to "Page Not Found" screen. My activity is private but I was able to create a segment before. Also can not create segment through training>segments.

Maybe something from the same thread helps: Bug: I can't create any segments from an activity (Page not found).

Thanks. I figured it out, its because of the privacy zones. Solution was to reduce/delete privacy zone, create segment, expand/create privacy zone.
