Accidentally deleted Garmin 830 ride. It was my best ride but I was so tired I accidentally deleted instead of saved. Is there any way to get it back

I accidentally deleted my riddle on my 830 before it saved is there any way to get it back? I just switched to a MAC and need help please

First power off your device before you overwrite anything that might be recoverable. Then see this thread and good luck.
