Repair fit file from FR35

HI!

Would anyone be kind to help me repair this .fit file?

I try upload it manually to Garmin Connect and Strava, I get the error "file format not supported".

contact Garmin Support by phone and tell them about your mishap

avoid pausing during activities

clean activity folder on a regular base
